The work we do in our communities around the world is done through partnership between staff and volunteers. The more volunteers we have, the more teens we are able to connect with.
If you are interested in building relationships with teens, please contact the staff in your community about how to get involved.
If you are interested in helping provide the support structure necessary for YouthCompass to function in your community, talk to your local community support group or staff person about becoming a member.
On Project Compassion
Every year we take students on a service project, which is a week during which they are able to connect with other international teens while serving the poor. In order for our staff to be able to focus on building relationship with their students, we need adult site leaders to help organize the work teams and ensure that projects are completed safely and properly.
If you can give a week or two during the spring to help teens serve the poor in Eastern Europe, contact email@example.com.
With Your Expertise
YouthCompass is thankful that due to the expertise of our volunteers, there is very little we have to hire outside contractors to do. This allows us to spend more time and money on serving international teens.
Whether you are skilled in visa/resident issues, graphic design, administration, curriculum development, management, or any other area, we would like to talk to you about how your skills can support YouthCompass. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the conversation.
