Project Compassion 2021 – April 5-9
YouthCompass is celebrating 20 years of Project Compassion with a new initiative this year. Due to projected travel restrictions across the globe, we are focusing on local engagement to meet local needs, with global impact.
Each student will work at least 20 hours during the week of April 5th 2021 at a local community service project vetted by YouthCompass leaders. Students will gather sponsors for each hour worked and donations will benefit two YouthCompass project partners in Romania and Lebanon, organisations working with marginalised and underserved people groups.

Thriving Through Transition
The Thriving Through Transition series is designed to come alongside families as they navigate change together, helping parents to understand the perspective of their international child.
The event consists of four sessions, each designed to stand alone, but together forming a more complete picture, leading to practical application.
Join parents and caregivers from around the globe for these special sessions. Each session will be 60 minutes with opportunity for regional interaction as well.
Sessions include:
- Building Foundations: Understanding your child in the international context (TCK/CCK profile/intro)
- Building Relationships: Navigating loss and joy
- Building Resilience: Stretching without breaking
- Building Bridges: Growing [the foundation of] global experience and bridge building skills for the future
